Pastors Joseph and Jessica Perez are the Senior Pastors of International Foundation of Worship in Rhode Island, faithfully leading their congregation since 2016. Together, they minister with a passion for God’s presence, flowing in the prophetic, and witnessing miracles, signs, and wonders that testify to the transformative power of Jesus Christ.

With a firm belief in the 5-fold ministry, Joseph and Jessica are dedicated to equipping and empowering the body of Christ for kingdom work. Their ministry has taken them beyond Rhode Island to various countries, where they have seen God heal, deliver, and restore countless lives.

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Leadership and Theology from Oral Roberts University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. His heart is to see ministry leaders thrive in their calling through education and discipleship.

Jessica is a successful real estate agent who combines her business acumen with her passion for ministry, empowering women, and teaching the church to rise above financial lack. She is committed to helping believers walk in the abundance God has promised, both spiritually and practically.

As parents to four children and proud grandparents to one, Joseph and Jessica’s ministry is rooted in family and faith. Together, they are on a mission to equip leaders, both locally and globally, to step into a place of spiritual and financial wealth. They believe that by breaking the cycle of poverty, ministry leaders can impact their communities and nations without limitation, advancing God’s kingdom with boldness and grace.
